okzz Terms and Conditions

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the okzz platform ("okzz") and the user ("Member"). By using this platform, the Member voluntarily and knowingly enters into this agreement.

These Terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, in any legal interpretation, the decision of okzz's designated authority shall be considered final.

1.2 Applicability of the Terms

These Terms apply to all services offered by okzz, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and any other games operated on the platform. Alongside these Terms, you are also encouraged to read our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

In these Terms, "we", "okzz", or "platform" refers to the okzz authority. "You", "Member", or "user" refers to any registered or unregistered person who visits or uses this platform.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each Member may create only one account on okzz. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same ID, the same device, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, okzz has the right to permanently close all associated accounts.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

At the time of registration, the Member must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading information will be treated as a violation of these Terms, and okzz may close that account at any time without prior notice.

As part of identity verification (KYC), okzz may request a national ID card, passport, or other valid government-issued document. The Member must submit these documents within the specified timeframe.

2.3 Account Security

It is the Member's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with or allowing third parties to use the account is prohibited. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the okzz support team immediately.

3.1 Minimum Age

All betting and casino gaming activities on okzz are for persons aged 21 or above only. No person under the age of 21 may participate on this platform. If okzz determines that a Member does not meet this age requirement, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The full responsibility for using okzz from countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited or restricted lies entirely with the Member concerned. It is each Member's own responsibility to comply with the local laws of their country.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on okzz can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and this limit applies equally across all methods.

Members must use a payment method registered in their own name. Depositing through a third party's account or method is prohibited. If this rule is violated, the deposit may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same payment methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

The Member's identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made. okzz is not responsible for any delay in processing a withdrawal due to incomplete KYC.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

okzz is firmly committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. In the case of suspicious transactions, okzz reserves the right to request additional information and, if necessary, to notify the relevant authorities. If any transaction appears unusual, okzz may place it on hold.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

okzz offers new Members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the Member must wager the bonus amount 15 times (15x), after which any winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

Bonuses are not usable as cash and cannot be withdrawn directly. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.

okzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If a promotion is suspected of being misused, the bonus on the relevant account may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Cashback

okzz's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% cashback per week), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%). This cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Contact our support team for details on how to advance through VIP tiers.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

okzz reserves the right to void any bet due to technical issues, human error, or any other reason. Bets placed on the basis of clearly incorrect odds or payouts will not be considered valid.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, the results published by official or recognised sources will be considered final. This rule applies to cricket (including BPL and T20 World Cup), football, and any other sport. In the event of a dispute, okzz's decision is final.

6.3 Game Client and Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error or software issue, the bet for that round will be voided and the staked amount will be returned. No claim for winnings will be accepted in such cases.

6.4 RTP and Game Information

The RTP (Return to Player) for all games on okzz is determined through third-party audits. This figure does not guarantee any specific winnings; it is purely a statistical indicator of average returns over the long term.

7.1 Fraud and Cheating

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okzz platform and will result in account closure:

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or operate games
• Colluding with other Members to cause harm to the platform
• Having any involvement in match fixing or manipulation of results
• Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's information

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of bonus offers — such as attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through multiple accounts, or creating artificial betting patterns to fulfil bonus conditions — will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

8.1 Closure by okzz

In the event of a violation of these Terms, okzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. okzz is not always obliged to explain the reason for closing an account, particularly in cases involving investigation of fraud or money laundering.

8.2 Closure by the Member

If a Member wishes to close their own account, they may contact the okzz support team. All pending bets must be settled before the account is closed, and any eligible balance may be withdrawn.

9.1 Personal Information

okzz collects, stores, and processes Members' personal information solely for the purpose of providing the platform's services. Details of how information is used are set out in our Privacy Policy.

okzz uses SSL encryption technology to keep Members' transactions and personal information secure. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Members should also remain alert to keeping their own devices and internet connections safe.

10.1 Commitment to Safe Play

11.2 Final Decision

okzz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. okzz is not responsible for any loss caused by technical errors, internet connection disruptions, or third-party service failures.

12.1 Right to Make Changes

okzz reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Where changes are significant, an effort will be made to notify members in advance; however, okzz reserves the right for changes to take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

12.2 Continued Use After Changes

If a member continues to use the platform after the terms and conditions have been changed, they will be considered to have automatically agreed to the new terms and conditions. If a member does not agree to the new terms and conditions, they must choose to close their account.
